A Fortune 500 FinTech provider was struggling to scale their strategic Data Engineering team to drive incremental results. The enterprise had recently shifted to agile, and they needed team members with a “can-do”attitude to deliver results over a series of incremental sprints and provide guidance to other agile teams. The client needed a series of agile teams/pods with a strong talent bench that could deliver bundled placement on demand (POD) solutions quickly and with quality. Ascendum was engaged to deliver a series of Digital Pods to deliver thought leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
