With more than 30 years in business, our client is a leader of private banking and wealth management. A large concentration of their customers are in the technology, health care, and financial service industries. The financial institution tasked us with developing a mobile app proof-of-concept (POC) to demonstrate how it would help bankers build more meaningful trust-based relationships with their customers. The firm already had an infrastructure in place, and were storing their data in a legacy data warehouse. The challenge was to extract relevant insights, minimize information overload for the wealth managers, and visualize helpful information for bankers on the go. Our team determined that the best approach was to:

Our first deliverable was an interactive prototype designed in less than four weeks. Next, we developed an innovation pod and timeline to ensure our team could quickly add features such as real-time insights, customer updates, and product recommendations. The app was developed to ensure the proper information and advice were delivered to the right customers.
