Our client asked us to design a robust user management system.
The brief.
The MECA System is comprised of four unique parts (Interest Indicator, Work Samples, Assessments, and Career Planner) tied together by a comprehensive management system.The management system allows for a seamless program integration from interest testing, to assigning, benchmarking, and creating a transition IEP and a Summary of Performance. This eliminates the expensive and time-consuming activities of scoring and reporting results, and frees up the program administrator to help where needed.
Our approach.
We designed and developed a robust backend user management tool called MECA. This allowed Conover to sell their products into school systems, while allowing the schools to manage the individual users.
The Conover MECA platform allowed us to easily self-administer our Special Needs staff, from start to finish.
The outcome.
An easy to use web portal that allowed teachers and administrators to manage their Conover product offering. Along with the all the State specific reporting tools. this made an unbelievable difference in the classroom.
