The task was to create a dashboard platform with standalone AI assistant, to help answer questions about troop and equipment readiness, status of a bases forces for health, security, weapons, certifications, trainings and other factors that affect readiness.  Manual readiness assessments were time-consuming and error-prone, leading to potential deployment delays. Lack of real-time visibility into troop readiness status hindered decision-making for commanders.  Existing processes were not integrated, making it challenging to get a comprehensive view of readiness factors.
