The brief.
The largest marketplace for facility management services in North America embraced a razor-sharp focus on "business powered by technology. "The global firm needed a proof of concept for a new enterprise data warehouse infrastructure and analytics. The POC initiative included in-depth requirements and complex design projects. The project was the flagship initiative for their new chief technology officer.
Our approach.
We performed an in-depth discovery phase and used our global team to deliver a sophisticated POC which included:
- Dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize company KPIs and IoT data
- Developed a cloud database warehouse repository and cloud data lake
- Implemented the ELT to populate the cloud data warehouse
