The focus was on delivering a unified, seamless, and engaging interface that empowered users, instilled confidence, and offered a personalized experience. Key features included an intuitive onboarding process for new customers, seamless integration with existing customer flows, EMI approval and rejection processes, digital store activation, and support for personal and home loans. Additional services like property search and NTB card integration were incorporated, ensuring a smarter, liberated payment experience.
We focused on delivering a refined and intuitive user experience, as always. It involved a deep focus on designing interfaces that merged functionality with a high level of usability, ensuring an easy journey for both new and existing customers. Each component was later on developed to simplify complex processes like loan applications and EMI management, while maintaining the brand's disruptive and forward-thinking ethos.
